Is the code for n2cp (.h,.c) available or does the open solaris
implementation of the the cryptographic accelerator in T2 exist??

No, the code for n2cp is not available. It is mentioned under the
"..currently no plans to release source" section of
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Main/no_source
