i think i remember in opensolaris 2009 are thunderbird as default
installed
but wich version?

It was Thunderbird v2.0.0.21, according to <http://pkg.opensolaris.org/release/manifest/0/SUNWthunderbird%400.5.11%2C5.11-0.111%3A20090508T163817Z>.
